LCSB Logo 2 - New - with ShadowWe are happy to have Lea County State Bank as one of our wonderful sponsors!

Lea County State Bank was chartered in 1928 at its original location of Lovington, New Mexico, during the great oil boom days. The bank played an important part in the early development of that area. When the Great Depression hit, Lea County struggled economically. Petroleum prices fell along with the population and many banks failed. But remembering its commitment to the people, Lea County State Bank persevered in spite of the tough economic times.

Today, Lea County State Bank is the only locally owned bank in the county and has three branch locations in Lovington, North Grimes, and Hobbs, which is now its main office.  While the bank offers modern technology for Internet and mobile banking, they still strive to provide that personal touch that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
